To provide culturally appropriate behavioral health care that meets members where they are.

To provide both traditional and non-traditional behavioral health services with the understanding that not every community responds to traditional therapy models.

To advocate for the rights and needs of our most vulnerable communities.

To engage in active outreach to assure support and coordination of services for refugee and new immigrant communities that improve the quality of life of individuals and families with traumatic histories and allows for healthy social integration into the community at large.

To continually measure the outcome of the services provided to assure effectiveness, scholarly documentation, and a demonstrated social impact.

To partner with institutions of higher learning, providing both training opportunities for students and opportunities for collaborative research models.
